WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE $75 SESSION?
Your Face Card Experience includes a 20 minute professional headshot session, posing and expression guidance, 15 professionally color corrected photos, and two professionally retouched images of your choice.
WHERE WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
All sessions will take place at Studio B Atlanta. The complete address, parking information, and arrival instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
HOW MANY OUTFITS CAN I WEAR?
Each 20 minute session includes one outfit and one completed look. Please arrive fully dressed and camera ready.
IS HAIR AND MAKEUP INCLUDED?
Hair and makeup are not included. Please arrive with your hair and makeup completed before your scheduled appointment.
WILL YOU HELP ME POSE?
Absolutely. You will receive professional guidance with your posture, angles, facial expressions, and hand placement throughout your session. You do not need to know how to pose before arriving.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 15 PHOTOS AND THE TWO RETOUCHED IMAGES?
Your gallery will include 15 professionally selected and color corrected photos. After receiving your gallery, you will choose two favorites for detailed professional retouching.
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL RETOUCHED IMAGES?
Yes. Additional professionally retouched images will be available for purchase after you receive your gallery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Your gallery of 15 photos will be delivered within two to three business days. Your two professionally retouched images will be delivered within three to five business days after you submit your selections.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Sessions are booked consecutively, so arriving early gives you time to park, check in, and make any final adjustments.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?
Your appointment begins at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their scheduled session. Additional time cannot be guaranteed because another client may be scheduled immediately afterward.
ARE PAYMENTS REFUNDABLE?
All payments are final and nonrefundable. Your payment reserves a specific appointment that is removed from availability for other clients.
